What training programs do you offer?

We offer Maryland State Department Approved Core of Knowledge Trainings and the Infant/Toddler Pre-Service Course. We offer virtual trainings, face to face trainings, and can do custom designed trainings when advanced noticed is provided.

Do you offer Child Development Associate Credential Support?
A
We offer trainings that align with the CDA Subject Areas, can provide technical assistance in creation of the CDA Professional Resource Binder, and have endorsed Program Development Specialist to serve as a Program Development Specialist for verification visits.

What is the TPITOS?
A
The Teaching Pyramid Infant-Toddler Observation Scale (TPITOS) is assessment instrument designed to measure the fidelity of implementation of practices associated with the Pyramid Model in center-based Toddler care settings. The TPITOS tool provides a snapshot of the adult’s behaviors that support social and emotional development of Infants and Toddlers in the classroom setting.

Do you offer technical assistance?

Yes. We can provide technical assistance. Technical assistance can range from classroom observations, practiced based coaching, assistance with accreditation, day to day operations, etc… We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your program’s needs.
